What The Clients Wanted
Our most recent client contacted Just Spray to carry out a number of services on the property to give it a fresh new look. The building had previously been a PC World, which is now being converted into two separate units. It required a new appearance before new companies moved into the property.
Project Scope
Before
Before we got started on the panel repair and respraying, we removed all of the existing signage to the building which uncovered a range of different sized holes in the micro-rib panels. The panels then needed to be repaired by one of our specialist repair team to ensure the profile was cut in perfectly.
During
After all of the holes and damage had been repaired across the entire building, our respray team then went into respray the full exterior of the property using a RAL 9016.
To complete all of the spraying we used Airless Spraying Equipment, as it is far more cost-effective when working on more considerable spraying work. It helps speed up the time our teams are spent on site spraying and reduces the cost of labour for our clients.
After
Once all of our repairs and resprays had been completed, we then cleaned the bull noses at the front of the building along with the rear.
