Our team of building painters were called to a warehouse in Leicestershire to complete an on site spraying project on some structural steelwork.
Project Scope
Just Spray Project Prep
As there would be operatives working inside the warehouse throughout the day, we scheduled all work to be completed during night shifts. This ensured that there were no fumes while the operatives were in the building and daily operations were not disrupted.
Carrying out the project
To prepare for this commercial spraying project, we started by thoroughly cleaning the steelwork before ensuring that all surface rust was removed. Next, the steelwork was primed then a top coating was applied. We chose a 2K paint to ensure long-lasting results and used the airless spraying system. Overall, this steelwork and staircase spraying project was turned around in just one week.
