What The Client Wanted
A client in Acton, London industrial estate contacted Just Spray in desperate need of repair and respray work on their property. After an analysis of the building, it was clear that the client required curtain walling respraying, as well as office window spraying within the entrance and foyer area. Through this service, the client would be able to transform their property with a fresh, clean and welcoming appearance.

Before every project completed by the Just Spray team, a site survey is completed to ensure that not only is the client getting the services that they truly require, but also to identify any issues that may cause concern while the project is in progress. For this particular project, Just Spray’s projects manager, Craig, attended the site to complete a prestart. During this prestart, Craig ran through all of the work that would be completed by Just Spray operatives to ensure that the client knew the entire scope of the project. With this, the client is able to make any arrangements for the time scheduled to complete the project, such as informing those onsite of the work that will be completed, and therefore, maximising safety on the day.
Carrying out the project
Once the site had been surveyed, and the client was aware of the project scope, the team began by sanding and prepping the framework before spraying the clients chosen colour onto the desired areas. When the surface was ready for on site spraying, the team used a two-pack paint, which is paint that involves acrylic paint melamine and harder resin. This paint is exceptionally durable and reliable, providing quality, protection and colour for years to come. The coating that was used also comes with a 20-year warranty for the client’s peace of mind.
In order to gain access to higher areas of the property, the team used two cherry pickers to ensure maximum coverage. To make sure that their project was completed to the highest safety standards, the team liaised with tenants in the surrounding area of the industrial estate, making sure that they were fully aware of the project in progress. This was also to ensure that tenants moved their vehicles from the area while the machinery was in use. The project was completed within two weeks, and the client was extremely impressed with the team’s ability to transform the property, as well as keep mess to a minimum.
The team had originally been instructed to complete 7 different units, but after other tenants had seen the project we completed for this client, the team were then asked to continue to work on five more units within the area.
