What The Client Wanted
Just Spray had been contacted by our most recent client after we completed some work on another industrial unit within the same estate. The client requested a full spraying refurbishment on all of the doors and windows surrounding the property.

Starting the project
The building owner has five different units, all of which he wanted respraying to look more uniform and to give it a quick refresh. Luckily, the client knew what colour they wanted, so it was a straightforward quotation for a respray of all existing doors and windows to a RAL 7011 30% Gloss.
When it comes to our larger projects we carry out, an experienced Contracts Manager will always attend the site to access the property beforehand and carry out a full site survey. Our site surveys include submitting a detailed schedule of works along with access requirements. In this case, we had to use a z45 Cherry Picker, which was suitable for all of the works that needed completing.
Carrying out the project
