What The Clients Wanted

The Just Spray team had been instructed to carry about a dilapidation project for an existing unit. The unit was being fitted out for McLarens new offices.

Project Scope

Before

The dilapidation project scope consisted of repairing and respraying of curtain walling, the fire doors and entrance doors, along with all of the external flashings and cappings. All of which had a small amount of damage, scuffs and scratches, which all needed prepping via sanding and filling.

During

The results on the exterior cladding panels were of exceptional quality, so much so that the client asked us to complete additional internal work. This included a full respray of the building’s reception area.

After

Before any of the work was completed, we put up a range of access points from Scaffold Towers and Stair Towers. We even used power access to make sure we could reach every area of this commercial property. All of our operatives hold PASMA and IPAF 3a & 3b certificates as standard.
