Our skilled commercial spraying operatives completed this project on the Amazon site in Redditch, Worcestershire. We were contacted to complete micro rib cladding repairs on the exterior of the building, ensuring that the coatings used matched seamlessly with the greyscale colour theme.
Project Scope
Just Spray Project Prep
As with all of our cladding spraying and repair projects, the process started with a site visit carried out by our Contracts Director, Craig. To ensure that higher areas of the property could be accessed, Craig concluded that a z45 Cherry Picker and a 3 Metre Tower would be required for the duration of the project.
Carrying out the project
As you can see from the images below, this on site spraying project was more detailed than others we have undertaken as the cladding featured several different colours. Having perfectly colour matched the shades beforehand, our operatives were able to ensure that the highest standards were delivered.
Using the HVLP spraying method, the panels were recoated in the shades Grey White, Merlin Grey, Light Blue, Anthracite Grey and Goose Wing Grey. All cladding repair and respray work was closed off and handed over to the client, meeting the deadline.
