What The Client Wanted
We were called in by this client to assist with their dilapidation project; this is the process of rectifying any damage and restoring a building as it comes to the end of its lease. Our team were instructed to provide curtain walling spraying and respray multiple other areas including doors and steel framework.

As you can see from the photos below, the majority of the areas that we needed to work on were out of reach, which is why we concluded that a Z60 cherry picker would need to be used to access high-level areas. All of our operatives are IPAF certified at 3a and 3b standard, which means that they are fully qualified to operate all access equipment including cherry pickers.
Carrying out the project
Two of our operatives worked on site for this project and started by ensuring that all glazed areas of the curtain walling were masked to prevent damage from overspray.
The curtain walling, doors and steel framework were all sprayed in a 2k polyurethane RAL 7016 grey paint in a 30% gloss level, offering a seamless finish.
