What The Client Wanted
Just Spray has worked with this client on many projects, and they have always been impressed with our level of service, along with the high-quality, reliable and durable products used. The team were asked to return to another project on the impressive new Mercedes Commercial Dealership, where the client had asked for the building to stand out and have a contrasting colour to the front and side elevations.
Project Scope
Just Spray Project Prep
As is the case with all Just Spray projects, a site survey was completed to ensure that there was no need for repairs before the project went ahead. Our architect also visited the site to gauge the colours the client was looking for and what colours would create a contrast while remaining in line with the clients brand image. The architect decided a RAL 7021 colour would be best for the contrasting effect that the client wished to achieve and also provided the operatives team with drawings. These drawings give the team an outline and visual representation of what the finished project should look like, ensuring that the client’s requirements were fulfilled.
Carrying out the project
Once the operatives team had a project plan, work was carried out on the front and side elevations using a cherry picker and scissor lift to complete the high-level works. All Just Spray operatives are PASMA and IPAF accredited, which ensures that all projects are completed with maximum health and safety. The cladding was sprayed in a 2k Anti Corrosive Coating that not only provides a durable coating but one that will also protect the cladding against weather and sunlight. This commercial spraying and onsite spraying project was completed within the time frame agreed with the client, and they were extremely pleased with the final result.
