We were contacted by a repeat customer to survey and provide a quotation for a full building respray of this light industrial unit based in Oxford.
Project Scope
Starting the project
After sending our contracts manager to carry out a full survey of the building, he detailed the colour, gloss level and access requirements, along with a full report that included a quotation, which was all sent over to our client for approval.
Once the client had signed off on all of the agreed works, we advised them on what dates we would be attending the project. We wanted to ensure the weather and humidity was sufficient to complete all of the works.
Carrying out the project
The project was completed over the course of the weekend using three different teams to complete the different elevations of the building; we wanted each of our teams to work together to ensure there was minimal disruption to this live building.
While on the project, we used a range of multiple powered access to facilitate the works, which included a diesel scissor lift along with a Z45 cherry picker.
